Medical Assistant/Clinic Receptionist
We are looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join our team at the Aspire Health Primary and Urgent Care clinic coming soon to Pryor, OK!
General job duties include answering multiple calls, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out of the practice, verifying insurance plans, following-up on referrals to specialists and collecting payments.
The clinic's hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:00am-7:00pm. The medical receptionist will be scheduled to work three shifts each week, with every other Saturday being a requirement.
An ideal candidate is one who is friendly, outgoing, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are passionate about fostering a team environment, being involved in the community, and caring for our patients well! If this matches your ideal work environment, please apply!
